With Aeola, Boucherie has developed a totally different machine concept for household and personal care brush manufacturing: compact, simple and extremely efficient.

About Aeola
Traditional double head brush machines are complex, big and often can't operate at their full potential. In comes Aeola: an extremely fast running single tool machine that is more compact, has a higher output and is a breeze to maintain.
BASED ON BOUCHERIE OVALE TECHNOLOGY
Independently moving brush holder tables within a more compact carousel optimize the efficiency of the machine cycle, combining superfast tufting, moderately fast drilling and plenty of time to trim.
REVOLUTIONARY FILLING TOOL DESIGN
Derived from our Hepta toothbrush concept, Aeola’s single filling tool allows extremely high tufting speeds. As the main movements are bolted directly to sturdy levers, no housing and thus no lubrication is needed.
AEOLA ACES ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Aeola’s filling tool runs non-stop, eliminating the start-stop cycles of the main motor. This makes it a highly energy efficient solution and moreover, wear and tear are substantially improved.
COMPACT AND FLEXIBLE CAROUSEL
The drill units are smartly located on the inside of the carousel, cutting short the distances that the operator has to cover. Changeover times are thereby shortened for more manufacturing flexibility.

Technical highlights
The turrets in Aeola have 5 axes of movement, all controlled by servomotors. With a full 180° of tuft flare possible in both directions and a maximum product size of 620 mm, the machine covers a very wide spectrum. In addition to brush holder tables for general brooms and brushes, special brush holder fixtures for full round toilet brushes, hair brushes and Scandinavian style dish brushes are available.
